Knackered – Daily Prompt

I’m not going to lie, I had to look this one up. It suits me perfectly today I am absolutely knackered. I didn’t think I was going to make it through my shower. Standing there was wearing me out. It feels good to be clean, but it feels better to be sitting down.

I have a recliner that I sit in all the time, and a table next to me that holds my laptop on a lap desk. This is how I function. I can’t sit straight up or it hurts my bladder and I can’t stand long for the same reason. I can sit reclined and be fairly comfortable with the ability to write my blogs.

Yes, blogS, I have two. This one and https://avon365blog.wordpress.com where I sell Avon. Please stop by and see what wonderful products Avon has to offer these days. There are some wonderful men’s colognes and all sorts of women’s products. Drop by and visit or go straight to my Avon Estore to look at the brochure and place your order.

This site is about invisible illnesses and the hidden suffering that they wreak on those who are burdened by them. I suffer greatly, but find writing and sharing ideas important. I use aromatherapy to relax and I enjoy crocheting, beading, painting and research. Being a country gal makes it tough to follow a diabetic diet during the winter months. During the summer, vegetables are plentiful, but during the winter they are scarce. I need advice and help on meal planning. I have a second blog, www.tinabrownsartblog.wordpress.com where I display my paintings. Not very good, but I sure enjoy painting them.

  1. I saw the daily prompt and wondered what it meant also! For some reason I thought it was someone who had had too much to drink…..guess I am wrong on that one!
I hope you get to feeling better with the bladder issue. I had reconstructive surgery for that being prolapsed and it is taking a long time to get back to normal. My sister in law told me give yourself at least 8 months with feeling tired! Shoot!
I will keep you in my prayers.

    1. Thank you. I’ve had the prolapse surgery too, but it was years ago. I have a bladder disease with no known cause and no cure, some days are better than others. I can sure use prayer, I have so few friends and the blogging community has really helped me with my depression. Thank you, by the way for being a part of the community that is so caring. 🙂
